Pecos, 4th Floor, Suite 420, Large Conference Room, San Antonio, Texas 78207 Notes: This is a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting The scope of work is generally described as drainage improvements at multiple locations along French Creek and its tributaries within the City of Helotes and in Northwest Bexar County. The project includes culvert improvements and channel modifications for three drainage crossings along Circle S Drive (between Circle N Drive West and Circle N Drive East) and three additional crossings along Diamond K Trail and Rocking M Trail. The design objective is to maintain roadway access at these three locations during the 1% annual chance (AC) ultimate conditions storm event. Drainage easements have been purchased for this project along French Creek and to supplement existing drainage easements.

    If you are thinking about starting a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, come to this workshop to learn the basic research and organizational documents needed to start a nonprofit. Description: Individuals see needs within their communities, and they decide to start a tax-exempt organization to deliver programs and services to meet those needs. This workshop will cover the basic research needed to start a nonprofit, the required organizational documents, and a review of the IRS Form 990.
