Bidders List Application & Class List The Bexar County Purchasing Department uses a Computerized Bidders List system. Before a vendor is placed in this system, the vendor must complete two important steps. It is critical that all information be provided accurately to insure against bidder being overlooked or asked to bid on items or services they cannot supply. Step 1: Download and print the Bidders List Application & Class List. The first two pages of the form is the application in which you provide information about your business. The last four pages lists the commodities or services for which you wish to be considered. Circle the Class number to the left of the commodities or services listed. Bid List Application & Class List Return the application and Class List along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Purchasing Department, 233 N. Pecos, Suite 320, San Antonio, Texas 78207. Step 2: Once the Bexar County Purchasing Department receives your Application and Class List, a detailed list for each class item circled will be returned to you by mail. Complete by circling the Sub-Class number for the commodities or services you wish to be considered. Remember to provide the company name and other important information in order that your application may be processed. |
