Criminal
Warrants
The
mission of the Judicial Services Division is to apprehend and
incarcerate all wanted criminals in and around Bexar County.
To
serve or subpoena all witnesses to the court system for the
testimony or evidence needed for trial.
To
take into custody and transport mentally ill patients with a
potential for violence to different hospitals.
To
transport to and from different cities, counties or states wanted
criminals who have fled our jurisdiction.
Transport
all felons, adult or juvenile, to all T.D.C. and T.Y.C. facilities
all over the state.
To do
the extradition process for all criminals wanted in other states
and captured here.
To
keep and maintain all warrants and documents issued from any court
in Bexar County.
To
keep and maintain all warrants and documents from other states and
counties of felons believed to be in our jurisdiction.
To
maintain a computer system of the warrants and documents for any
and all law enforcement agencies in the State of Texas and the
United States of America.
