Be On the Lookout
The
Bexar County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's
assistance in locating two subjects responsible for the November
5th 2002, Failure to Stop / Render Aid (Death) of 12 year old
Ruben Soto which occurred on the 16,900 block of IH-35 South
(roadway) shortly before 9:00 p.m. Ruben Soto was to
celebrate his birthday on this day. The
suspects are said to have fled the scene of the crime in a
1970-1980 vehicle resembling a Lincoln Continental Versailles,
light in color. A witness states prior to the accident the
vehicle was seen and had a large dent on the drivers side door
which was very distinct.

Described
as a Hispanic Male in his 40's, heavy set with black
hair. 5' 7" in height, curly shoulder length hair
with a thick unshaven mustache. Suspect #1 was wearing a
long sleeve white sweater like shirt without buttons and a
pair of blue jeans. Suspect

as a heavy set female in her mid-30's approximately 5' 3"
wearing a blue and black striped sweater and dark blue jeans.
Suspect
vehicle was an early model 4 door vehicle resembling a Lincoln
Continental Versailles 1970-1980 model light in color.
