Director of Management & Finance
Tina M. Smith-Dean joined the County in
January of 2000 as a Budget Analyst. Now the Management and Financial Services Director, she holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii. Ms. Dean is currently responsible for the County's Debt and Investment Program, Collections, Special Projects, and other key County programs.
