Debt Administration

The Management and Finance Department manages the County's Debt Program. The Department is responsible for the issuance of all debt including General Obligation Bonds, Certificates of Obligation, Tax Anticipation Notes, Commercial Paper Notes, and Venue Project Revenue Bonds. Debt capacity analyses are conducted on a regular basis for both the Debt Service and Flood Control Funds. The Department also reviews and revises the Debt Management Policy and the Investor Relations Program.
