You also have the option to pay online as well. Q: If I want to plea NOT GUILTY, what should I do? A: You would need to appear on a Wednesday at 1:00 PM to confer with an Assistant District Attorney for traffic citations. Q: Who do I contact to make a complaint against the officer? A: In order to make a complaint against an officer, please notify the agency that issued the ticket (i.e. DPS, Bexar County Sheriffs Office, Constables and so on).
