• General Fine Schedule for Bexar County JP Courts

Please read and follow all information printed on your ticket/citation very carefully.  It contains important instructions on how to successfully pay or appear or otherwise dispose of the offense(s) filed against you at the specific court indicated on your ticket.  Our office currently only accepts cash, money orders or cashier checks as payment (no personal checks), but we hope to accept credit cards in person and on-line by the end of the year.  If you have any questions, please call (210) 335-4700, and press option 4, to speak to a clerk in the Misdemeanor Department. 

• Driving Safety Course Information

If you are charged with a traffic violation other than  failure to maintain liability insurance, permitting unlicensed driver to drive, or violating a drivers license restriction code, be advised that Texas law gives you an absolute right to take a Defensive Driving Course to have the offense dismissed.
