Web Group

eService’s Web Group is responsible for the designing, building, and maintenance of the websites for all Bexar County offices and officials. The Web Group has been steadily working to update all County websites so that the sites are user-friendly and accessible to all users. The Web Group also maintains the employee intranet that is accessible to all Bexar County employees. They also work with the Applications Development Division to design the front-end of all online applications to ensure that the applications can be used with ease. Their goal is to provide user-friendly and accessible designs that can be used by any of our constituents.

Bexar County Web Group

Regina Pickard is the Webmaster for Bexar County Information Technology, and manages the day-to-day operations of the Web Group. Regina began her programming career at the University of California in the 1980's and has been working in the IT industry ever since. She has an extensive background in graphics and web design, and is currently interested in HTML5 and responsive design. She has been with Bexar County since 2007.

Jorge Saucedo joined Bexar County Information Technology in 2007 as a Programmer. He is currently an eGovernment Developer with the Web Group. Jorge received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration – Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to working for Bexar County, Jorge had a programming internship at a private company. In his free time Jorge likes being active in sports, doing outdoor activities and spending time with family.

Rebeka Gresham is an eGovernment Developer for Bexar County Information Technology and assists with all the duties of the Web Group. Art and design have been life-long interests for Rebeka. She studied traditional art through high school, after which she began working with digital art and then web development. She worked as a freelance web developer for small businesses for several years before being hired by Bexar County.

Ana Fernandez joined Bexar County Information Technology in 2013 as an Analyst Programmer I and is part of the Web Group. Ana received a Bachelor’s of Arts – Computer Information Systems from Our Lady of the Lake University. Since graduating, Ana has been working in the IT industry and has extensive background in applications development. Prior to working for Bexar County, Ana worked for UTSA.
