All government information is presumed to be available to the public. Certain exceptions may apply to the disclosure of the information.Any requests for actual data or inquiries about its existence, completeness, meaning and usage must be made to the Elected Official’s Office or County Department that is responsible for that data (Custodian of Information) because they are the only ones in a position to indicate how they use the information in the conduct of their business.
