there are some dark and dangerous off-ramps, especially for children.

“My office is now offering free Internet monitoring software.
This award-winning ComputerCOP program, available at all San Antonio Public Library locations and SAPD substations,
allows parents to monitor their children’s Internet activities, protecting them from:

  • Online predators
  • Potential gang activity
  • Cyber-bullying
  • Alcohol and illegal drug/prescription use
