About Precinct Three

Located in north Bexar County, Precinct 3 covers approximately 356 square miles.   The area's boundaries are:  Cibolo Creek on the north, Burr Road on the south, Nacogdoches Road or Farm to Market (FM) 2252 on the east and State Highway (SH) 16 on the west. Precinct 3 is the fastest growing area in Bexar County with a recorded population of 369,249 in 2000.  Recent population forecasts suggest that the area will grow to approximately 478,000 by 2020 with children and seniors representing approximately 35 percent of the total population.
