Small Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise Program
Welcome to the Bexar County SMWBE Program!
Small, Minority, Women, and Veteran Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE)
We strive to increase small, minority, and women owned business participation in Bexar County projects and procurements through the integration of public, non-profit, and private sector efforts and resources.
This site lists upcoming events of interest to SMWBEs. It also offers forums for the community to express its concerns and needs related to the Bexar County procurement process and to share ideas about how SMWBEs may better participate in that process.
Bexar County is committed to increasing the involvement of SMWBE in its procurement process. Similarly, the County promotes SMWBE participation in its Tax Phase-in Program to support the growth and diversity of a regional economy.
